High Intensity Basketball Training

The High Intensity Basketball Training (H.I.B.T) model, that sets Breakfast Club Basketball apart from other training, is specifically designed to mimic aspects of a real basketball game thus leading the athlete to see improvement in actual game situations.  Each training session players perform hundreds of high speed, game-specific repetitions designed to ensure that they have every opportunity to get better faster.


Hands On / Attention To Detail

Breakfast Club Basketball Training is hands on and detail specific: each drill is broken down and explained in depth to ensure that athletes understand "why" we are working on a specific skill, and "how" we will use this skill in a real game.  We believe that true development comes with learning and understanding, not from athletes just mindlessly performing drills.

Small Group Training: 2 - 6 Athletes

Groups are formed based on age and/or ability level.  The goal is to promote development in a small group setting.  Group work not only allows us to keep prices lower but has also been proven to effectively motivate athletes through the use of modeling, peer mentoring, and positive reinforcement.  Groups are large enough to keep players motivated and pushing their limits but small enough to still allow each player to get the necessary individual attention from a trainer which is extremely important for player development.
